Taste the difference!

Our Pastured Poultry is raised in the summer months, outdoors in roomy moveable pens, so the chickens and ducks always have access to fresh grass, fresh air and sunshine.  In winter months we raise our birds in warm and dry roomy barns with lots of natural light.  We never use antibiotics or animal byproducts in our feed and our birds are always raised with the natural length of daylight. We raise our birds more slowly than the larger commercial growers do, - this gives the flavour in the poultry time to mature.  We also have our poultry processed in a fully inspected facility using the European air chill method, which really brings out the exceptional flavour inherent in our chicken and duck, - why would you want to settle for anything less?
